Popular British MP George Galloway has lashed out at the new banning of the niqab, the full-face covering veil worn rarely by Muslim women, at the country’s parliament.
He said the new regulations are an infringement on Muslim rights in the UK.
“Everyone understands the need to have proper security,” Galloway, Respect MP for Bradford West, told The Daily Mail on Sunday, December 9.
