Men from Luton handed out leaflets to shopper that declared it was a Muslim’s duty to pledge allegiance to the ‘Khaleef’ – the title that the leader of ISIS, Abu Bakr-al-Baghdadi, has taken for himself.
Although the leaflets don’t explicitly mention ISIS, they encourage British Muslims to pledge allegiance to the khaleef and to move to the ‘caliphate’ or Islamic state that ISIS have established in northern Iraq.
